1) The new company named" WCON Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd" that only name changed,its correponding bank account name,tax name was change,the other relevant information remains unchanged (unified social credit code,Tel,email,website,company address etc.).

2) After the company is renamed,its business entity and legal relationship remain unchanged,and all business contracts and documents (including but not limited to orders,contracts,certificates,agreements, conmmitments,etc.) that occurred in the original company will continue to be valid,the obligations are fulfilled/borne by Wcon Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.

3) From August 1st,2019, our company will issue the invoice under the name of "Wcon Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.", please arrange the unpaid payment according to the beblow new name of Wcon Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd:
